We highly recommend the work of Joe
Petrello in home building. We purchased a house on Coyote Ridge in Walla Walla
last summer and since then have enjoyed the many conveniences and design
nuances that he included.
On first inspection we liked the floor plan as well as the site
layout. All rooms are convenient to the hallway for good traffic flow. The
openness of the dining room and living room give a pleasant, airy feeling
with lots of light. The kitchen is large, which we like, with lots of
cupboard space. Laundry and pantry are convenient.
Our home has a wonderful view of the mountains and Joe captured
this with large windows in the living room and also the kitchen eating
area. Two doors from this area lead onto patios convenient for outdoor
grilling and entertaining.
The street side of the house has an inviting covered porch,
planting area and decorative driveway.
Now that we have been here
several months we are quite pleased with the energy conservation
concepts he included in his construction.
We not only have the house
plan that we like but a home with many design extras that show
Joe's attention to detail and ability to build a quality house.

The construction project that Joe's Quality Construction handled for us
was a residential build in Dayton. Joe and his crew have shown a
level of competency which would be expected of any building contractor. We
have been impressed with Joe's level of honesty and work. If any issues
arise, he stands by his work. Thank you, Joe!

We live in
Austin
,
Texas
. In the Fall of 2009, we hired Joe Petrello (Joe’s Quality
Construction) to construct a home for us 2000 miles away in
Washington
state. Joe made what seemed to
be an impossible undertaking a complete reality.
- We
were very impressed by Joe’s energy and enthusiasm.
Joe spent an entire day with us before we hired him to help us
figure out how we could use an existing foundation.
In the long run, his planning and strategy saved us
approximately $30,000 in demolition, disposal, and new foundation
costs.
- Joe
tackled a very difficult jobsite and complicated existing foundation
and made it work. He used
his creativity and architectural skills to create a piece of art and
made our dream of building a new home come true.
- Joe
is very particular about his subcontractors and stands by their work.
We actually witnessed a subcontractor commenting that Joe is
the most particular builder around.
- Joe
takes ownership of his projects and he is all about quality.
He builds a home as if he were building it for his own family.
- Joe’s
honesty, trustworthiness, communication, and work ethic made it
possible for us to build a home from 2000 miles away. Joe does what he
say’s he will do, he genuinely cares about his projects, and he goes
the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
- I
call Joe a “project bird dog” where 12-14 hour days are routine
for him. He is always on
the job until the job is finished.
He built our 2-story home in 4 months.
His crew started on our home in September and he gave us a
great Christmas present in December 2010.
- His
work ethic and efficiency saved us literally thousands of dollars in
interest on our construction loan.
- Energy
efficiency is a very high priority for Joe.
We chose to use Joe’s energy efficient truss design.
That, in addition to the wall, ceiling, floor insulation, joint
sealing, energy efficient appliances and light fixtures, insulated
doors and low E windows has resulted in a very energy efficient home.
In fact, when we came to Washington from Texas in January 2010
to see our new home, we were expecting to be cold, when in fact, we
had to turn down the heat in the home.
- The
bottom line is that we couldn’t be happier with Joe’s finished
product,
- Would
we hire Joe again? No doubt we would, and we did.
Upon completion of our home, we hired him again to build a
2-vehicle garage.
